Part-Time Quality Manager (20-30 hours/week)

aeSolutions is seeking a Part-Time Quality Manager to help modernize and relaunch our Quality Management System. This is a hands-on role focused on improving processes, updating documentation, implementing our new SharePoint-based QMS platform, and supporting teams as we strengthen quality across the organization.
This position can be based in South Carolina, Texas, Alaska, or other states where aeSolutions has employees.
What You’ll Do
- Assess our current QMS procedures and tools
- Recommend updates and best practices
- Configure and improve our SharePoint QMS site
- Update QMS processes and documentation
- Train teams on new procedures and internal audit protocols
- Support internal audits, Profitability and Quality Incident management, RCA/CAPA, and document control workflows
- 3+ years of QMS experience in a professional services environment
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 principles and internal auditing
- Experience with SharePoint-based QMS tools (preferred)
- Strong communication and training skills
