aeSolutions, a process automation engineering and process safety consulting company, is hiring a Project Controls Specialist to join our Project Management Organization. The person in this role will support our Project Managers and Technical Leads by acting in the Project Scheduler and Project Cost Controller roles, maintaining and coordinating project schedules and resource plans, creating and running cost reports, assisting with project meetings and document control, and completing schedule updates and research based on project needs.
The person in this position will have direct interaction with all departments and levels of the organization, and will need to be successful managing multiple time-sensitive priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Qualified applicants will possess the following qualifications:
- An Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Engineering, or a related major (or equivalent experience);
- 2-5 years’ of experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and cost controls,
- Intermediate or advanced skills in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6 Project Management, or an equivalent;
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with standard proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills;
- Experience with contract reviews and/or capital project planning and status tracking is preferred
- Qualified candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future, as sponsorship is not available for this position.
